After logging in the first time you can change your usernames and passwords to something easier to remember.

Your temporary username is:
Your Member # followed by a dash and 000
(000 for the primary account holder and 001 for a spouse)
Add zero to front end of those with 3 digit member numbers

Example for Primary: 0123-000
Example for Spouse: 0123-001

Temporary username must be 7 digits and include the dash. 

Your temporary password is:
Your Last Name
Example: Smith
